Dash with HLine is not come together in NT7 .16

Hi
after I download NT. 7 Bulid 16 I notice;

the same indicator work with Build 15 fine is not working with build 16 correctly. the line in condition Dash and HLine after next tick turn the Line into solid instead of Dash.

I don't know if this is from chart setup or somthing internal.
