Permission from TrustedInstaller

I have been notified of NT 7 Beta 16 release and have been following the instructions on deleting C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7 if you have a 64-bit machine. I am getting a popup stating that I require permission from TrustedInstaller to make changes to this folder. I have tried again but can not get by this box. Can you advise?

Are you running a user account that has administrator privileges on this PC?

I am the only user on my pc and use a windows sign on passsword as my only pc access protection. I trade from my home office and not on any networks.

NT7-16 launched successfully, however it seems indicator data plots are not consistent.
