NTV7 Release 16: Installer stops during download

Hello:

I reveiwed and completed the web page of changes/deletions before attempting to install NTV7B16. However, the installer stops at 903.86KB of the 47.69MB download. I cancelled and retried numerous times. I have done all the normal preventative procedures such as shutting down my anti-virus and firewall, but continue to have the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Are you currently connected through a router? If so please connect directly into your modem and let me know if the issue persists.

NTV7 Release 16 - Installer now working

Hello Christopher:

FYI, I am not using a router. Also note that the installer started working on its own after about 10 minutes. I had left it alone and made no new changes to get installer to work other than keeping the firewall and anti-virus off. Software works and nothing appears out of the ordinary. Go figure.

having the same problem and connected to a router cannot disconect from the router please how can i get the installation files without the installer?
