Is there a way...

When I insert an indicator, all of the setting for that indicator are along the top of my charts. Is there a way to turn off the visibility of these settings?

Thank you for your post.

Please right click in your chart and select 'Indicators'.
In the indicators menu, select the indicator you wish to edit from the list on the lower left side of the window.
Next, on the right side of the window, delete the contents of the box marked 'Label', then click OK.

Perhaps a better way would be to have a boolean toggle - ShowLabel - True/False. The description is a bit vague.
