Privacy Protection on Ninja7

Hi,

To what extent are my strategies and indicators are protected under ninja 7 ?
The reason I am asking is that upon an update I noticed that Ninja collects and transmits certain information to the Ninja servers.
Can you guys elaborate what info is being collected and are my strats and indicators reside only on my cpu(i.e. not being transmitted upon an update)?
I understand that Ninja calls home for real account confirmation as part of the Ninja biz scheme which is fine, but what other data is collected and is Ninja bound by US privacy laws?

- We do NOT transmit any indicator or strategy source code to anyone... this information remains on your PC
- We do submit license information for validation on connection
- We do NOT submit any account information
- We do submit trade data *ONLY* if you are using the static SuperDOM AND you are paying NinjaTrader directly through TT transaction credits (http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/su...on_credits.htm). This is obviously required since both NinjaTrader and the end user needs to track their trade history against the money that is paid to us for use of the transaction credits
