    Data load

    My data is from Zen Fire. Using V7 - 15 when I open a new chart for the 6E the data appears instantly. However when I open a chart for the CL or TF I get no data. Can someone guide me as to what I may be doing incorrectly or point me to instructions as to how to do this???

    I was able to load each of these instruments on my end.

    Which version of NinjaTrader 7 are you using? To check, click Help > About.

    Are you receiving any error messages? If so, what do those messages report?

      Loading data

      Well I find that if I load a new chart with no indicators I do get data. I may have a bad indicator in the mix.
      Is there any way to start Ninja 7 version 15 that will start the pogram but not open any of the workspaces?????

        Hello Dean,

        Please take the following steps to ensure that workspaces are not loaded upon startup:
        1. Shut down NinjaTrader.
        2. Open the My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Workspaces folder.
        3. Next, move all files from the workspaces folder to another location (like your desktop) and then restart the software.

          Thank you . I thought that would fix my problem but it does not. The program appears to load and displays the control center and then gives a must shut down message.
          The Log file contains this info

          5/19/2010 11:01:27 AM|1|2|Optimized CPU performance enabled
          5/19/2010 11:01:27 AM|1|4|Automated trading disabled

          The middle line is to me suspect. Can you tell me if this is the culpret and if so how to address the problem?????

            In your message, please include the following:
