Error message - 1001

When I try to repair NT 7 or remove it to reload it, I'm getting the following error message:

Error 1001.InstallUtilLib.dll Unknown error

How do I fix this? I had NT 7 running last week and it does not run now.

Are you saying NT7 is already installed on your machine? Can you please try clearing your browser cache and redownloading NT7 and then try installing over your current installation?
