Loading futures data from IQFeed not working

Im using beta 15, if I create a daily chart with 1000 bars using IQFeed for futures contract CL 06-10 I get an error "Error loading chart data for CL 09-08 Nymex: E, Invalid symbol."

Apparently the auto rollover data loader is requesting an invalid symbol. Pls fix...

It means you are requesting data that does not exist on IQFeed's historical servers. This is the IQFeed native message when such occurs. You will need to decrease the days you load to not go all the way back to 09-08 because IQFeed does not provide that much historical data.

Thats not true, I can successfully load daily data since 1998 with other software.
Im asking here just about 3 years with NT7 and I get that error.

With the other software Im using the continuous contract QCL# btw

Continuous contracts are not the same as loading front months and merging them together. If you tried to simply pull up a 30 day chart of CL 09-08 on 8/15/2008 you will find you have no data because IQFeed does not provide it. If you tried to pull up the same date range with CL ##-## you will find you have data because IQFeed does provide it on the continuous contract.
