Instrument Reset Test

Harry,

If you add a custom offset for the GC for the 12-11 month and then Reset Instruments does it go away? I just tried again on my end and all offsets were reset. These get automatically calculated and populated if you have data for the GC in NinjaTrader.

No the custom reset for GC 12-11 does not go away either, it remains. The reason might be that I have changed rollover dates for prior contracts. The change of the rollover dates somehow causes the reset not to work. You can check this, I had sent you the database.

Also the automatic calculation does not work for CL and BC, although I have years of intraday data.

So neither the reset nor the automatic calculation works as expected.

Can you please send me another email with ATTN: Brett and your phone number and a good time to call you. Since I just tested with your database and reset your database and I didnt encounter any issues, the custom offsets were reset.
