    bizarre error message w/ NT 7

    Um, I think NT version 7 needs a little work. Please see attached error message. What the heck is that? A big red X over my entire chart when I tried to change my chart from a 5 min. chart to a 7777 volume chart. Oh, and the error refused to go away. I had to close it with the Windows Task Manager. Very bizarre.
    If there's a simple explanation, please somebody enlighten me.

    Please post any future inquiries or issues regarding NinjaTrader 7 in the forum section reserved for NinjaTrader 7 (you will find it at the bottom of the main page of the forum).

    Can you please tell me to what connectivity provider you connect in NinjaTrader. Let me know what instrument was selected in the chart as well.

    Are you able to reproduce the issue consistently when switching the chart's interval that way?

    In addition, did you have any 3rd party or custom indicators/strategies applied in the chart?

      Got it. sorry, I didn't see the NT7 forum at the bottom. I was just accustomed to going to the charting forum. I'll post here instead for futures questions/bugs (of which there appear to be many).
      Fortunately or unfortunately, I couldn't get the program to repeat that bizarre error. I did reproduce it several times when it first occurred, but now the program seems to be behaving itself. I'll let you know if the big red X returns.
      Since you asked, I'm using ZenFire thru Mirus and I had no indicators at all on that chart.
