Reload Chart & Download Replay Data

Hi NT,
This crash happened on my development platform. Basically, opened NT7B15, loaded an ES chart, then proceeded to Download Historical Data, then refreshed the ES chart with a different periodicity, that caused the crash. See pics. The first image was followed by the second and third error messages (image - ... Error_2_&_3).
Additionally, there was no way to exit out of NT w/o using the Task Manager to kill NT. The error just kept looping, no matter whether you clicked OK or the Close button.

superarrow, thanks for reporting this in - could you please contact us through Help > Mail to Support so we can take a look at the log / trace files from your install to review what happened?
