    More Missing Data

My charts seem to be missing data from all of Friday. Here is the 3 minute chart as it appears today. On Friday, it did not include the data from the meltdown on Thursday, although it was my understanding that NT7 was not affected by the server being down. Today, it's showing all of Thursday, with the exception of the bottom of the chart, for some reason, but none of Friday.

I am also missing all data I pull up for Friday 5/7 using NT17 (v 15). The Friday data does appear however if I use NT6.5. It appears to only be minute data that missing -- tick data show up.

    My data provider is Zen-Fire.

Not to mention that Friday's chart close on the emini's does not equate to the Open on today's (Sunday) Globex... everything seems to be screwy since the mid-day "glitch" or whatever on Thursday. Closes are being restated, etc. Are we supposed to instead just believe an EU currency intervention caused the mini Dow to spike up when it wasn't even open? Can anybody out there explain what has happened?

I'm back to using 6.5. It's missing the data from Thursday, but everything else seems to be intact.

I'm also wondering why the balance on my live account is showing up in 7 but not in 6.5. Am I not able to trade from 6.5 since I also have 7?

With NT6.5, it's always been the case that your balance won't show up until you initiate a trade (even if you cancel it before being filled). With NT7, the balance shows up without having to initiate a trade.

Also, my missing Friday data is now showing up in NT7.

There is an issue that is fixed in the next beta version where if you try to pull up a chart on a day that the session template does not have a definition for it could exclude showing the data of the last session. I believe you may have ran into this issue and it should be resolved in the next beta version. Should you experience it again on the next version please let us know. Thank you.
