    Did something chaged ina day or two?

    My network needs firewall exception based on IP address. Did something change in a day or two? I can't reach the license server?

    Is there a documented list of IP address that should be in exception list.

    No, there have not been any changes to the licensing components recently.

    NinjaTrader submits HTTPS requests to the following URLs:


    (URLs are provided in liue of IP addresses as these are subject to change at any time)

      Thanks for the info. Looks like IPs for these servers are DNS based load-balanced. I queried from two locations and I get different IP.

      www.NinjaTrader.com @ 207.155.253.87
      www.NinjaTrader-Support.com @ 81.169.184.79
      www.NinjaTrader-Support2.com @ 64.38.21.160

      But lookup at http://www.kloth.net/services/nslookup.php

      Gave me

      www.NinjaTrader.com @ 74.200.197.238


      My firewall does not accept name based rule. Do we have a master list that should be added to exception list?

          I got it up with my locally resolved IP but it may change in future. I would highly recommend to make a sticky post (or a web-page) with all these info.

          Most of firewall can not handle NAME based rule and will need IP address to create any exception so the master list will be very helpful to everyone.

          FYI: This is not NT7 issue, so please move it into it's proper place.
