    Chart Frozen

    Frequently the NT7 Charts freeze.
    I have 9 chart windows open every day... The same 9 charts. It never fails that once every 2 or three days one of the charts will freeze and I will need to close the chart and open a new chart.

    Yes my session and days to load are correct.

    Hello mjc4118,

    Thank you for your post.

    Please delete your CL data by disconnecting-->Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Edit tab-->Select CL-->Right mouse click and choose Delete.

    Next please Close NinjaTrader and delete your cache by going to Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->Open the db folder-->Open the Cache folder-->Ctrl + A to select all files-->Right mouse click and choose Delete.

    Now please restart NinjaTrader 7, open a new chart and let me know if the issue persists.

      I have done that multiple times.
      The problem keeps returning.

      What am i supposed to do ...delete my history before i shut down each night and delete my files before I restart?

      This is not a "one time" issue.

        Can you please tell me what version of NinjaTrader 7 you currently have installed which can be found under Help-->About.

            Hi mjc4118,

            Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

            In your message, please include the following:
            1.) A link to this forum thread.

            2.) Your most current trace file.
            You will find trace files in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
            Today's file would be named 'trace.20100513.txt'

              Froze Again Yesterday.
              The Screenshot is from yesterday at 7:22 AM. you will notice the AM candles are missing.
              My Session values are 24/7
              Emailing my latest trace file.
