    Ask price not available for a chart - Beta15

    See attached image.

    Both chart windows ,have the same data series (see image).
    The bottom window was created using new/chart, ~1.5 day after invoking an original workspace. You can see a data gap, it seems that no data was loaded on a chart since closing previous session till creation of the chart. This problem disappears, setting another price source. In my case, I changed "price based on" from "ask" to "bid". The whole, requested dataset was loaded. When changing the price to "ask" again, the gap reappears. Ask price is in the data, it is displayed in the upper chart.

    The same problem appears for tick data either. (image).
    It seems, ask price, since opening last session, is not available for charts.
    However there is no problem, loading 1 minute chart, only tick based charts are buggy !!!

    It is new, I hadn't anything like that in beta14
    .

      MB Trading,real time data. Again , pay attention the data is available, but not loaded to a chart.

        Please forward me your connection information so I may attempt to test on my end.

        Please send this information to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.
        In the message, please include the following:

        1.) A link to this forum thread.
        2.) Your MB Trading username and password

          1) Chris , I rather refrain from sending my personal data, even on demo. If you have no access to FX instruments, you can open a demo account on MBT, exactly as I did.

          2) The problem disappeared after restarting windows, so may be it's related to my machine and you can close this thread.

              Hello, xTrader1,

              Unfortunately MB Trading does not provide Historical Bid/Ask data at this time therefore Historical data will only be available with the "Price based on" set to Last.

              I have provided a link below to the data providers supported by NinjaTrader. This page will go over the types of data they offer as well as the asset classes they support.
