I performed the install yesterday and did not get historical data transferred for many of the symbols. I could not find a pattern. Also not a single one of my wizard generated strategies migrated. I did find them in the 6.5 files within my documents folder, copied and pasted into the 7.0 folder and I got one to work.

Please see the information at the link below regarding migrating data between version 6.5 and 7.
Did you migrate your 6.5 data to 7 when you first ran NinjaTrader 7? If so, it should have transferred all historical chart in the NinjaTrader 6.5 database.
If you still miss data, I suggest to export the historical data from NinjaTrader 6.5 and import it in NinjaTrader 7.

NinjaScript indicators and strategies will not be migrated. There have been code breaking changes between version 6.5 and 7. Please see the following link for more information.
