Zenfire/Ninja Replay Data

Hello,

When is the replay data available from the Ninja/Zenfire feed?

Is it immediately (i.e. today) or do I need to wait until tomorrow to replay today's data?

What is the boundary, if there is one?

Thank you for your post.

Replay data is available to download throughout the day at any time. When downloading replay data for the current day, the file will consist of the beginning of the day up until the moment the replay data was downloaded.

when I check the "Available Data" on the control for the Replay Data playback....the data is not current...not up to date --

Looks like the Replay server doesn't have a lot of the data.

Hi Turtle Trader,

Downloading of Market Replay data is not automatic. You must download data via the File > Utilities > Download Replay Data menu while connected to your data provider.

OK. Thanks I didn't understand how it worked. I thought it streamed it down.

Is there a way to overlay existing Replay Data?

NinjaTrader 6.5 does not include the feature where market replay data can be downloaded - this is available only in NinjaTrader 7.

Hmmm. Can i record one week automaticaly? For example: I start my computer on sunday 22:00 (german Time) and let it run until friday 22:00. Does the recorder automaticaly cut the several days, so that there are five different days of the week as record?

Well then it would be nice for the NT 6.5.1000.17 update, that this is a little automatic. Yesterday I let my Computer run. Now i come to my office and NT doesn't run. So it seems like NT ends automaticaly when day ends if recording is active. Now NT just to have restart automaticaly.

And for Update NT6.5.1000.18 there shold be a interface to share the datafeed in a Homenet - so I can let rune one PC with NT 24 hours for recording and one for trading... This should be possible.....

I have several days of market replay recorded. When do I need to delete them or do I even need to in order to keep recording more days? I am still using NT 6.5. Thanks
