NT7B15 BUG: Volume counter does not work on HeikinAshi charts

1. Create a new chart whose Type is Volume
2. Add the Volume Counter indicator
3. Notice that the Volume Counter works OK, as expected

4. Change the Chart Type to HeikinAshi
5. Change the "Base period type" to "Volume"
6. Notice that the Volume counter does NOT work

This is currently the case with HeikenAshi charts. You will not be able to use VolumeCounter on them.

It is still on our feedback list. Our priorities right now are to stabilize the platform and get it to a production state. When resources are available we will then be going through the list and seeing what we can do at that point in time.

Here is a VolumeCounter that includes Heikin Ashi bars

The attached file,"VolumeCounterIncludingHA," is a modified version of the one supplied with NT7B15. The following changes are marked in the code:
1. Percent numbers are rounded to whole percent
2. New code has been added to correctly show the volume count for volume Heikin Ashi bars.
