NT7B15: Cannot default an instrument

Default is not saved if I right click on instrument(s) field in strategy dialog and select Set Default for <strategy name>.

This is expected. The instrument is not saved, only the strategy settings.

Then how does it set the default instrument? Why after I choose ES for one strategy, next time I open the dialog it's always set to NQ?

Unfortunately there currently is no way to set a default instrument. Once you add your strategy onto the grid you can leave it there indefinitely though so you don't need to keep readding it each time.

I understand that a default instrument cannot be set by the user, however why is it NQ is the instrument I see each time I open the strategy dialog? It's not the first one on the list, so it's not like it picks the one off the top of the instrument list.

EDIT: This is expected. Strategy defaults do not store instrument information.
