build 15---- cant login

upgraded to nt7 build 15 over the weekend and now it is not letting me login to my account


it is a MB trading account


any thoughts

anyone have a link for the 14 beta download

want to see if i can login with that one--- still cant get in with the new 15 version

Over the weekend when MBT is doing server maintenance you may not necessarily be able to login during those periods of time. Can you please try again after MBT finishes their maintenance.

thats not it i sent my login details into support and they were able to get in

they send me some steps to follow and i tried that and still cant login

is there anyway you can post a link to build 14, i was not having any issues until i downloaded build 15

i just tried to get in to NT6.5 and cant do that either

uninstalled the navigator and reinstalled it still cant get in to 6.5 or 7


im lost

i didnt change anything before i downloaded build 15 and now all this happens

not sure what to do

Can you please provide the ticket # where you sent in your login credentials and we will test it on our end here again?

Also, checking to ensure you are on the correct MBT Nav version. Please be sure to use 11.5.0.5 and not any other version. Thank you.
