Active ATM Strategy / Chart Trader

Hi,

I'm currently trading CL 06-10. I have Chart Trader set to display active atm strategy only. After entering a trade, if I select a different strategy, the active atm strategy is no longer selectable. If I go to 'none', then I can see all my active strategies together. If I go to a dom, then it works fine. I only have the problem in Chart Trader.

Rich, unfortunately I was not able to reproduce here - were you selecting another saved ATM template or just the 'Custom' one? Thanks.

I usually just select the same ATM strategy, but it happens when I select anything else. I've attached some screenshots to see if that helps.

Unfortunately like Bertrand I am unable to reproduce either. Are you on NT7B15? What are your exact ATM strategy settings? What are your exact Chart Trader settings? Thank you.

I am using B15 although I had the same problem in B14. I'll check next week to see if I can reproduce the problem with different instruments or if it is just CL. I've attached screenshots of my chart trader and atm properties to see if that helps at all.

richp6, thanks for the details, unfortunately still not able to see it happen here - curious if you use the mouse's scroll wheel to try accessing the active ATM, does this perhaps work for you?

You know what, I think the problem was just that I had the chart right up to the edge of my screen, so I didn't see the scrollbar to indicate that there were active strategies not seen. Once I scrolled with the mouse wheel and found the active strategies, then they were there. Looks like this one was user error ;-)
