Way to tell if optimizing

Dear Support Forum,

I have strategies using plotting and debugging functions. Is there a property or a method indicating if the current strategy is being optimized? I would disable these gui features for some performance gain.

What you could do for now is just creating some switch parameter that you can disable when optimizing that would in turn disable your GUI functions.

Yes that's the only, but not so sophisticated solution.
