MBTrading and Ice/Nybot historical data error...

It appears the SB is not mapped by default for the MB Trading connection. Please add the mapping for SB in the instrument manager by going to Control Center->Tools->Instrument Manger->SB->Edit->Misc Tab->Adding SB for the mapping for MBTrading.


If this does not work for you can you please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com ATTN Brett and reference this forum post that way I can test with your account.

Why no historical..?

Why no historical from MBTrading and SB? MBT *does* have historical on that instrument, so why not NT7 able to receive it if I'm connected to the MBT data feed?

I misspoke, you should be able to receive historical data if it is available. I may have been testing while connected to another data feed in the background active, upon retesting my demo MBTrading account is not enabled for the SB. Is your account enabled for the SB? if so can you please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com attn: Brett and reference this forum post and I will follow up with you there so that we may test on your system.
