NT7 Problems

I speak very little English. Even so I will try. I had no problems with version 6.5
but with versions 7, I get IB data correctly but they do not plot on the graph
Could someone tell me why?

Thank you for your post.

This may be due to the Session template you have applied. Please right mouse click within your chart-->Data Series-->Session template-->Select Default 24/5 or Default 24/7-->Click Ok.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

Thank you for your help. I tried it (-> Data Series -> Session template ......) but options listed are agriculturals CBOT, CBOT Interest Rate RTH, Metal Futures CBOT, CME, etc ... and others. Which should I choose?

I have to try to explain me better. What I have in the graph are the data until 22:15 yesterday but not the data in real time. But I get perfectly well the data in the Control Center.

Do you have Default 24/7 available within the Session template drop down window as referenced in the attached screen shot? If so please select this option and let me know if the issue persists.

I have no available Default 24 / 7 within the Session template drop down window . So the issue persists.

Please go to Tools-->Session Manager and let me know if you have Default 24/5 and Default 24/7 available from the Session template drop down window as shown in my attached screen shot.

I reinstalled the template NY7 and I have 24 / 7. I will write a new post when the problem is solved.
