Charting

When I started using NT6.5 I was really impressed with the charting capabilities. I did not need any instruction to configure the charts.

I wish I could say the same for NT7. I have spent about 4 hours trying to get charts setup so I could use them. Impossible.

Charts will not center. If yo try to configure them they just reset back to where they were.

Indicators will not expand with the charts.

In theory, 6.5 and 7.0 are supposed to be able to be on your PC at the same time. Now that I have 7.0 installed, 6.5 crashes all the time.

Hello,

You should see an F in the top right hand corner of the chart after you have done custom navigating, clicking this will default you back to the NinjaTrader 6.5 feel of charting where the highest high and the lowest low are always shown in the Navigation screen.

As far as 6.5 crashing what data feed provider/broker are you using? NinjaTrader 6.5 and 7 are completely different and not connected except for in the case where you might have needed to upgrade your connection program that you use to connect too for NinjaTrader 7, For example PFG.
