Nt not responding

I recently upgraded to Beta 14 from Beta 11 and am having an issue after the market opens. If I have a workspace open in pre market using VOL, TICK, or RANGE BAR CHARTS, NT becomes so sluggish and non responsive after opening bell. If I close workspace and reopen, it works fine. If only minute charts are used I do not have the problem. It happens with or without 3rd party indicators.

Bogieless, thanks for reporting in - which datefeed provider are you using? Any errors in the log tab of the Control Center as this occurs?

To further investigate, could you please contact us through the Help > Mail to Support feature and include your trace / logs as well as the workspaces used?

I am running Zenfire and no errors under log tab. NT still working when this occurs but has extreme delay.

There have been reports that there has been issues with CME data latencies today. The provider has reported that the issue should be resolved now.
