First off I'm just going to say how much I love NT over virtually every other software that's out there. Version 7 has made a lot of changes that I've been wanting for a while. However there is still some features that I'm almost baffled that it doesn't have and which it truly does need to support in the future.
1M, 5M, 15M, 30M, 1H, 4H, 1D, 1W, 1M - The option of tags need to be added into the chart (similar to the arrows for cycling maximized panels, not on the toolbar). With the Option of which time-frames are put there. This way we can have multiple time maximized and quickly cycle through them. This feature alone is causing me to run MT4 along side NT..........I absolutely hate MT4.
Equadistant Bars - Needs to optional, when maximizing panels
Color Changing option for EVERY MA
Trix - Needs the option for a color changing MA
Push Mode - With in a tick (any tick value) price needs to update fractionals while on the current tick. So if the price is just bouncing around on a specific tick it doesn't plot all of the moves it just updates that tick and once it breaks over the 00 marker it plots it and moves on. Reason for this is that fractional information is nice to have however a move that takes 40 plotted ticks on a standard tick chart but may take 500+ plotted ticks on a fractional tick chart. So you get the benefit of better price information while having the normal plotting distance of a standard tick chart.
Fixed Scaling - needs fixed - While this feature is one I've been looking forward to the most, it simply doesn't work correctly. While the scale does fix correctly, it does me or anyone else no good to have it fixed when i cant see the current price. A center chart on price feature needs to be added so if price breaks off of the screen instead of not being able to see it the current scaling would be kept but it would also stay centered on the current price. Since the charts would be way too jumpy if it was updated every tick, there needs to be a buffer area, lets say the middle 30% or so. So if it goes 15% above the center h-line of the chart it will update every uptick, then for once it peaks it has to either go up more for the chart to move up. Or has to move 30% down to for the chart to start moving down.
