MB Trading Forex Historical Data

On the account setup there is an option now to get the historical data from MB Trading. (in 6.5 was only available through Ninja historical servers, and for a full Ninja license). I'm running this on a demo account with a demo Ninja licensee...not able to get the historical Forex data. Please advise, thanks

Turtle Trader, to clarify - is this on latest beta 14 and MBT Nav 11.5.0.5? Also: which data server setting are you using in your current MBT account connection?

Yes, beta 14. On the Connection Options, I checked "Use MB Trading Servers" Not sure how to tell the version of the MB Navigator....where can I download the latest?

Ok, thanks, you should not be using the latest available, but the one we recommend in the MBT connection guide, which is 11.5.0.5 currently.

You would see the version of the MBT Nav used either in your trace file, or if you start up MBT Nav standalone and then click 'About' in the logon screen prompting for your username and pass.

I am using the MB Navigator version that was compatible with Ninja 6.5 I believe I downloaded it from your site. However, the Navigator software itself....I cannot see where to ask it what version it is.

Ok, thanks for the info - you can start the Navigator standalone version and then click on 'About' to check the installed version, please see my attached shot.

OK, I had an older version...

Upgraded and that fixed it

by the way, is there a way to get emails when you change the compatibility version of a third party interface like this?
