    Session Manager

Hi I made a custom time template in Session Manager but when I backed up NT7 and restored the back up on another NT7 program to test the back up process I noticed that Session Templates didn't transfer/back up. If this isn't part of the back up process can you make it (if the case is I didn't do something wrong) and also where are the Session Manager Templates stored in NT7 folders so that I can make a back up manually. As a side note when I back up my NT7 I only have the following checked: Configuration Files, NinjaScript Files, Templates, and Workspaces. By the way I love NT7! It feels like I have a newer and faster computer even though I don't. Thanks for any help.

    Hi cre8it8,

    Thank you for your post.

Session templates are saved as part of the database. As such, this would need to be included in the backup.

Unfortunately, there is not a method with which to remove only the session templates themselves, you would need to create a backup that included the database and restore.

Thanks Kyle for the information. I prefer to do it the way you guys created it and just select Data in the backup menu so I am totally fine with not being able to retrieve session temps. separately. I did it the right way this time and it worked great!

      Thanks again.
