    I could understand "subtle differences", but there is nothing "subtle" about many of the differences. It looks like a defect to me and I know there are many TS users waiting in the wings to switch to NT7, but won't if the differences are this glaring. We need a more rationale explanation.

      Hi Miker,

      NinjaTrader behaves like a TV set, in that it receives signals from the connected server and displays them back graphically. Beyond this, NinjaTrader has no impact on data.

      The best I can do is confirm that the data you are loading from Zen-Fire is the same on my end. On that note, please provide me with the open, high, low and close values of the 5/4/10 bar.

      Assuming that the bar values are in alignment, you would need to contact your data provider if you feel that the values being reported are in error.

        I've attached the prices for 5/4/2010.
        Can you tell me what you have for 4/19/2010?

          Hi Miker,

          I am receiving the same values on my end when looking at the OHLC for the 5/4/10 bar on a CL 06-10 daily chart. (attached)

          My results from the 19th are also attached to this post.

            Are you using Zen-Fire as your source as well?
            If you don't mind, can you tell me what values you show for 2/5/2010?
            Differences between Zen-Fire and TS just don't seem to make sense to me, as illustrated in the attached.

              Hi miker,

              I am using Zen-Fire as my data source and am seeing the same values for the 5th of Feburary. (see attached)

              Since you and I both receive the same values, we can be sure that a software error is not responsible for the discrepancy. As I mentioned, if you feel that this data is incorrect you will need to contact your broker for further actions.
