    Problem NT

    l encountered this problem as I was trying to figure out how to populate a new chart. I downloaded the new version of NT.

    the message goes like this " Ninja Trade detected problem, need to shut down. Information has been written to trace file. Please restart NT and send us email via Help >mail to support and include information on how you may have encounteredd this problem. this email will automatically embed relevant trace file information to help use diagnose the problem".

    I still could not start NT, each time I try, this message comes up and NT closes

    Thank you for your post.

    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.
    2.) Your most current trace and log files.

    You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

    Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt

    I look forward to assisting you further with this issue.
