Ninja7 installed, but nothing really there...

Did my NT7 install, the beautifully redesigned splash screen comes and the program loads up. The Control Panel is ready to connect, but when I want to create a new chart, there are no instruments available. There is no data showing an instrument list. What did I do wrong?

    TIA

Have you added any instruments to your instrument list ? You should consult the NT help guide Instrument Manager section ... specifically "Add/Remove from a List".

The NT 6.5 help guide is here (don't think version 7 is ready yet) ... you can watch a video ....

      Did install, launched, and...

it seems like only program installed but the CP > Tools > Instrument Manager has nothing in it, and I can't even create a chart.

Could you please contact us via Help > Mail to Support so we can review your trace and log files?

Is NT installed on a network drive by any chance and did you so set the needed .NET trust levels?
