I've been able to recreate an error in NT7b14 which is cool to watch but probably not intended behavior... charts stuck cycling between two instruments that required a NT shutdown to stop. There are no errors in the log... it justs keeps flipping back and forth between two instruments on linked charts and a DOM.
Log, trace, workspaces, and my templates were just sent to support.
Scenario had:
- Empty historical database
- 5 linked charts (different time frames) and a linked DOM
- Zen connected first/IQFeed second
I select an instument in the DOM (say 6E 06-10) and wait, all the charts load. I change that to, say, 6A 06-10 but then change my mind before the charts load and select CL 05-10 instead... and it creates a situation where the charts individually cycle between the two instruments, the DOM as well, and the downloading data thing in Control Center is trying both instruments repeatedly. I note that when this cycle started it was looking for data from 1996 for some reason, and when things loaded fine it wasn't looking for data from 1996.
I'll shortly try this on a seperate NT7b14 machine as well.
