loading Historical data incorrect

I have problem on Historical data.
while I start NJ 7 (didn't have connection), all charts have nothing, as the pic. But there should be historical tick data (as i can export ticks from HSI 04-10)
Just nothing on the charts (all my charts are set to HSI 04-10)

Hello Bertrand,

I am not sure to follow your question.
I import the tick data "HSI 04-10" manual (which come from Ninja6.5)
also allow it to generate the minute & day data, as the attached pics

I found the problem is the "HSI 04-10" chart just only show bars up to March 26, after this no more bars (but there should have data up to 12 April in the DB )

In NT7 you have new auto merging features which is why it is trying to access an old expiry. Since you exported 04-10 that means you only have 04-10 imported. To see your data I suggest you go to Tools>Options>Data and switch the merge policy to DoNotMerge. Then you will be able to see raw 04-10 data.
