zen fire green,t&s show trades,charts dont update

Ive just turned on Nt7 and while I show a connection(green) and a see a few euro time and sales print,the chart none of them will update.

Whats the checklist i go through to breach this please?

laredo, does the issue persist after rebooting your computer, starting NT again, and then opening a brand new chart (no template, no workspace, etc)?

Are there any errors in the logs (right-most tab of Control Center)?

Do you have a session template applied that would "hide" the current activity (by this I mean try the Default 24/7 template and see if the charts update)?

Its not obvious to me how i activate the default 24/7 template to all exchanges?

Reboot Nt7

Reboot of installed NT7 activates the ES chart but not the Euro(6E) chart.

Since es charts run and 6E charts do not run although time and sales run,I assume its session manager.CAn you sho wme a screenshot of what that is supposed to look like for which ever exchange the 6E(euro option) is located on?

For all instruments we have defined, per default it would use the regular trading hours of the symbol, for your 6E this would be the CME FX Futures template (7:20 to 14:00 CET).

To include extended hours, please use the CME FX Futures ETH one.

To go back to default NT 65 behavior just use the Default 24 / 7 template for your charts.
