Downloading historical data limit?

Hi!,

I'm trying to download historical data from zen-fire connection of the 6e instrument with the mergebackadjusted policy selected on master instrument.

It downloads from march 2009 until today, but when I try to open a new chart with historical data between january 2008 and december 2008 it doesn't shows anything.

Which is the problem? is there a limit of amount historical data to download? how can I download more historical data?

joanNT, for which interval(s) have you tested this? Daily data would start April 2009.

I've downloaded minute data from previous dates, but is there also any limitation?

Where can I see the limits of downloading historical data?

There's unfortunately not overview I could give you on this, however for daily data on ZenFire our records would start April 2009.

I checked my ES continuous contract on ZenFire here and get for example minute data Jan 2008 to today with no issues.
