"Error on loading chart data" message

I am gettting an "Error on loading chart data" message when I try to load a chart after adding a new symbol to the instrument manager - please see attachment.

Data provider: IB

You would need to check that the exchange, ticker symbol and currency used are in line with what IB uses...otherwise you would see such an 'invalid' symbol error thrown.

It is. I can pull it up using NT6.5. As shown in the attached image (in my 1st post), exchange is Nasdaq, ticker WBMD and currency USD.

breakout, did you check the default and Nasdaq exchange for this stock? This would be a requirement for NT 7.
