    Hi, I'm running tests by connecting to IQFeed (FX)
    with back-up Gain (Free)

    I've noticed the following data issue,
    between 17:30 - 12:00 EST and at certain dates the data
    are stagnant as shown in the picture.

    The Historical Data Manager reports these stagnant data.

    The following day and after you Reload the correct data refill that
    time segment.

    IQFeed did not notice, anything on their servers,
    (albeit following the event).
    Could Gain be involved in any way on this?
    (Haven't seen anything in the Log that the IQFeed data died
    or athg).

    Any clue what happens on the data updates?

    Hello trend,

    Thank you for your post.

    I have tested this on my end and do not experience this data issue.

    Please delete your EURUSD hisorical data by disconnecting-->Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Select EURUSD-->Right mouse click Delete-->Reconnect.

    Next please open a new EURUSD chart with no template applied and let me know if the issue persists.

      Hi Christopher,
      the Reload function works fine and brings the correct data in
      It's just that some days there are stagnant data coming
      in from IQFeed for all FX (pic1), and always at the same time range (17:30-12:00 am EST).
      The problem is that the IQ datafeed is still up and running, which prevents
      GAIN to pick up as a back-up. IQFeed so far couldn't identify any issue
      on their side.

      I was wondering if GAIN could be involved in any way (haven't seen
      athg in the logs that IQ was down so they picked up)
      and I don't see athg else going wrong with NT.

      My guess is that there is sthg wrong with IQ which somehow is resolved
      after 12:00 am for those days,

      Any clue?

        Does the issue persist when you remove Gain Capital/Forex.com as your Backup Data Feed?

          I will remove them and watch out for the next few days, to see if
          the issue persists,
