Zenfire servers problem?

    Zenfire servers problem?

    Connecting into zenfire servers this morning and my charts come up totally blank - see screenshot.

    I've reloaded historical data, repaired database, made new charts from scratch. Tried ES, TF, FDAX - nothing seems to work.

    Loading the same workspaces with no connection, or a connection to market replay works fine.

    In fact connecting to zenfire with a blank chart to reload historical data, disconnecting, and then opening a chart also works fine. But if I then connect to zenfire the charts all go blank, and stay that way even when the control center says all data is loaded. Funnily enough the superdom shows the live ticks coming through, but the charts stay blank. No session or instrument settings have been changed since it was working fine on Friday

    Hi Paul, I'm not aware of any server issues works for me here in testing - could you please send us your workspace(s) used and trace / logs via the Help > Mail to Support feature so we can look into?

      I ended up deleting all the files in the cache folder which fixed the problem.
