IQfeed - "DTN" as default exchange in new instrument.

IQfeed´s default exchanges/listed markets are "DTN" in most cases. What choice in NT7´s instrument editor for "Exchanges" is correct when defining a new instruments? NT7 won´t accept "default" solely, and DTN is not in the list of exchanges.

Fredrik, you should select the exchange that the instrument you're adding is traded on. For some providers, the exchange doesn't matter very much and NYSE is generally a good choice.

Sorry I was unclear: I add new indices as "stocks" to be able to run backtesting on them (wich I won´t be able to do if I add them as indices). I guess this is out of the scoop for NT support. I´ll just hope NYSE will do fine.
