charting Daily bars

I am using IQFEED and am trying to chart Daily bars of 6E 06-10. Intraday
time periods come right up, but when I go to click on 'Daily', it says, "Error on loading chart data for '6E 06-09 Globex. Invalid symbol"
Where is it getting the 09 from?

I had that too. If Tools>Options>Data is set to DoNotMerge you will get the daily history of the 6E 06-10 contract. If the setting is *Merge* it will try to get data on specific older contracts which IQFeed no longer has... but IQFeed does have Continuous Contracts, so you can type in 6E ##-##.

That gives me Daily, Weeky and Monthly data back a decade or so.
