Box Style doesn't seem to work

"Box" Style doesn't seem to work when range bars are type. I can't adjust the color of the Box Style, always reverts to green and red. Also Box does not appear on Chart style drop down on Properties window when selecting Range as type. Please advise.

I am not sure if I follow. What do you refer to as 'Box Style'? There is a 'Box size' setting, however it is only available as per the PointAndFigure period type.

When I set the period type to Range and change the colors for up and down bars, bars are displayed in the color I selected.

"Box" Style refers to the new bar type introduced in NT7. Available on the the bar style drop down along with candlestick, ohlc, line...etc.

I see what you mean. When I test different bar colors with Chart style set to Box, the colors I select are reflected in the chart as expected.

Can you please tell me what steps you perform that results in the issue.

Unfortunately the Box Chart style is not supported as per the Range period type. I will forward your inquiry to support the Box Chart style as per the Range interval to our development team. Thank you for your feedback.
