Scroll bars height... Anyone really needs it that big?

I am just curious - why the scrollbars on the charts are so enormously big? For charting purpose the screen space is most valuable resource, why would anyone need such gigantic scroll bars?

So that I may compare the size of these on your PC to my own, please provide me with an image of your chart.

To send a take a screen shot, press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your next reply to this thread.
