Josh...anchor point 2 in ruler properties shows a later time than anchor point 3 if you string the points out left to right....believe that is the way it's working...2nd screen shot below...

When I click down the second anchor point and bring back the 3rd, the textbox follows the 3rd.

....Clarification...

Josh...take a look at the 2 screen shots below...in both shots ....Anchor 2 time and Anchor 2 Y....the values shown there refer to the textbox anchor point....the textbox anchor values should be shown as Anchor 3 Time & Anchor 3 Y....assuming the textbox anchor point is anchor 3....

How exactly are you creating the ruler? Please provide steps whether you are drawing it or manually typing in values?

Thanks Alfred. So the issue is not with the actual physical drawing of it but the data reporting of it. I will send to development.
