weird placement of optimization progress/abort

not sure why, but it seems weird to me that the optimization progress and abort button is in the bottom-right of the control center. at least, it does every time i have to hunt for the control center every time i want to abort my optimization...

wouldn't it make more sense to put these in the strategy analyzer itself? maybe where the greyed-out 'Run Optimization' button is?
