Having Trouble Getting Basic Chart to come up

I have connection and Static dom works.

When I create 5 minute chart with no indicators I have no bars displayed.

need to delete old database?

I had beta 10 installed and worked fine. Do I need to delete my "Documents\ninjatrader" folder after I uninstalled?

DancesWithBears, yes you do need to delete the <My Docs>/NinjaTrader folder to ensure a clean install. We are at B13 now, you should upgrade and see if you still have any issues.

still cannot get chart

uninstalled NT 7
deleted mydocuments NT7 folder
reinstalled NT 7.13, choosing not to migrate anything.

still no chart...

I do have 6.5 on this same machine, using Windows 7.

still stuck..

Please provide complete steps...

- I connect to XXX
- File > Open > New Chart
- Select 5 Min etc...
