NT beta 13 and Interactive Brokers TWS 901

Hi,

I use NT beta 13 and Interactive Brokers TWS 901 and now I constantly get the error: "Error on loading chart data for $EURUSD Default': IB: Error in requesting historial data from IB: No security definiton has been found for the request(200)"

I haven't used NT beta 12.
Using NT beta 11 I sometimes got this error, but after disconnecting and connecting again it worked without problems.

During NT beta 11 I installed IB TWS 901 because I was still on an old version of TWS. I tried to install the TWS 900 you guys offer as a download on your connection page, but that one is corrupt, the executable you download is to small and doesn't work. So I went to IB website and the oldest you could download was TWS 901 so I am using that. But with NT beta 11 it was usable, but now not anymore.

So my question is, does this problem only occurs with TWS 901 and not with TWS 900? And if so, you could you refresh the download of TWS 900 on your connection page because that one is corrupt?

Hello Johan,

When I downloaded TWS 900 from our IB connection guide, I did not experience an error. Can you please clear your browser cache and try again.

I do not experience the error using TWS version 900 and creating an EURUSD 1 minute chart.

901 is not supported. Please try 900 as Jason has suggested. Should you still experience issues, please try resetting your instruments in Tools>Options>Data to get back default symbol mappings.
