Days to load Resets to default

If I start with a chart and change the days to load to a number, like 5000 ( can be bars or days I believe) on a daily chart, and then change to a monthly chart, and then back to a daily chart, the days to load number changes back to the default of 365 days.

I noticed this yesterday in B12, and again today in B13

Seems fairly reproducible.

I use CNTL-F from a chart to change the bars, and use the dropdown menu for changing from daily to monthly and monthly back to daily.

Thank you for your post.

This behavior can be expected. When selecting a different interval type from the drop-down menu in the chart tool bar, NinjaTrader will revert to whatever value has been set as the default for that interval.

In the case of daily bars, this is set to 365 days back by default.

For your purposes, you will want to set your look-back period, then right click and select 'Set default for '**Interval**' period type'.
