I didn't touch this indicator - just added a few to my chart. I think you guys have a serialization problem.

YES, I'm on the latest B12.Originally posted by NinjaTrader_Dierk View PostLet's try to isolate:
- please make sure you are on latest NT7B12
- uninstall ANY 3rd part component
Does this make any difference?
I don't have anything '3rd party' installed. This is related to DonchianChannel.

I've done that twice already guys - please, come up with a real solution. Obviously I need my own indicators - otherwise NT is useless to me.Originally posted by NinjaTrader_Dierk View PostPlease try this:
- uninstall NT7B12
- manually remove folder <program files>/NinjaTrader7 (if still there)
- manually remove any file in <my documents>/NinjaTrader7/bin/custom. Please don't touch the folders there, just remove the files
- download and install again NT7B12
Thanks

Yes, I can confirm that NOT opening the NS editor fixed this issue. I just closed NT and then relaunched it. Had to rebuild my Donchian channels and then proceeded with saving my workspace which succeeded without any errors being thrown.Originally posted by NinjaTrader_Dierk View PostWe are suspicious that using the NS editor actually would cause the problem. As of our latest findings you should not see the issue if you never had the NS editor opened since last NT start up. Can you confirm? Thanks
Well, it's all about the process of elimination. Seems like you guys are on the right trail.

I addressed that issue by a fix. Would you be willing to try a custom build? If so, then please:Originally posted by molecool View PostYes, I can confirm that NOT opening the NS editor fixed this issue. I just closed NT and then relaunched it. - uninstall NT7 via control panel
- install custom build from here: https://www.ninjatrader-support2.com...er.Install.msi
Please let us know if this particular issue would be resolved. Thanks

I appreciate this but thus far my version is working and I'd rather not mess with it as I am actually running it live (I know - not recommended). The good news: I'm running NT7 live and it's doing very well - less crashes than any version of 6.5 ever. Keep up the good work boys.Originally posted by NinjaTrader_Dierk View PostI addressed that issue by a fix. Would you be willing to try a custom build? If so, then please:
