    B12 - Deserialized error

I just compiled my first strategy with a newly installed B12 and I encountered the deserialized error once again.

    This is getting old.

Reinstalling / repairing .Net fixes the issue for a little while but does not last.

Really need to figure out what is the root cause of this issue.

    - Please make sure you uninstall any 3rd part component.
    - Also: your DB now holds corrupted data. Please reset the DB by Tools->Data.

    Thanks

      Same problem here, again.

I'm on NT B12, I have no 3rd party NinjaScript assemblies and I just reset the DB.
The trigger can be: saving the Worspace as default, saving a specific setting of an indicator as default or just applying a new indicator.

          We're onto something...

Curious: do you get the particular error
AssemblyResolveEvent handlers cannot return Assemblies loaded for reflection only.
... only as you opened the NS editor or would you even get it without having the NS editor opened?

          Thanks

I am getting the same error, but for me it seems to be caused by having an indicator with an "GridCategory" other and the default "Parameters".

I have several that output "Version Info" as the category (to display version date on setup) and removing these seems to temp fix this....

This could be the case. However, as it stands this just symptoms but not the cause. Could you please provide feedback as per my prior post? Thanks

I've had this error message a couple of times and as far as I can remember, the NS editor wasn't open at that time.

It's not relevant that the NS editor would be open at the time as the issue arises. The issue is: had been open before somewhen since NT restart?
